The founders wanted to address a critical gap in the leadership recruitment industry : domain experts were not part of the filter process therefore the quality of shortlist was wanting. The client recruiter had to spend a lot of time wading through many resumes or candidates to get a fitment.

Today, because of our proprietary screening process and fanatical focus on quality & systems, the company grown slowly but steadily – having completed more than 300 CXO level searches across Asia, Middle East, Africa and even the US.
